We will work with all parties involved to coordinate this with your timelines in mind. We may dispatch one or more inspectors and experts (electricians, plumbers, roofers, divers, etc) based on your needs and timelines. Our admin team is professional and trained to collect information about the property prior to your inspection day. We prepare the report essentials ahead of inspection day and use the inspector’s findings to populate it during the inspection. Any deficiencies will be shown in on-location footage and embedded in the report. At the end of inspection day you will have time to discuss main deficiencies found with your inspector. Alternatively, we can do an online walkthrough with you if you are unavailable to attend. Additionally, you can schedule time to review your report with the inspector a day later so you have time to digest the data and recommendations.
