Ross did a great Job explaining to us about the house. Very thorough inspection. Would use this company every time. If your buying your potential forever home spend the 1000$ to get a very detailed list of the issues with the home. Ross checked everything and I mean everything. Its better to have a full list. So if most of the work is cosmetic, then you have a list to check off. I consider myself a handyman so I can do a lot myself. But it is also good to know what the bigger issues are so you can contact and compare qutwith a professional. Love this company.
